Sustainable design strategies for Scotland and Lower Saxony.

Based on years of experience exchanging with companies, manufacturers, universities, and non-profit organizations, this project laid the foundation for cooperation between Heriot-Watt University, Robert Gordon University, and Hochschule Hannover, focusing on "Sustainable Design Strategies and Slow Fashion" to enhance sustainability throughout the entire textile value chain.

In joint workshops with partners, similarities and differences in research and teaching were analyzed, which could lead to cooperative research and development projects. To actively network students and faculty with users and producers, even in remote rural areas, ideas were conceived for mobile units that would provide information, materials, and experimentation opportunities related to slow fashion and sustainable design strategies.
